Roth Playbook

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Roth Playbook ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit rothplaybook.com, an advisor microsite hosted by us, or use our Roth conversion assessment.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and the answers you provide in the assessment (for example age, retirement timing, account values, income, and planning goals).

Scheduling information. If you book a meeting, we receive the date, time, time zone, and contact details associated with that booking from our scheduling provider.

Automatically collected information. Device and browser type, IP-derived approximate location, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags), collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use information

To generate your assessment results, to connect you with an independent licensed financial professional, to schedule and confirm meetings, to send educational and follow-up emails, to operate and improve the site, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

With the advisor you are matched with. When you submit the assessment or request contact, your responses and contact details are shared with the independent licensed financial professional associated with the site or microsite you used. That professional is a separate business and handles your information under its own privacy practices.

With service providers. Hosting, database, analytics, scheduling, and email delivery vendors that process data on our behalf.

For legal reasons. When required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some analytics and advertising technologies may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state laws — see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

4. Cookies and tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure traffic and campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit site functionality.

5. Email communications

If you submit your information, you may receive educational follow-up emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing email does not stop transactional messages such as meeting confirmations.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to request details about how it is used and shared; to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@rothplaybook.com or use the request form. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
